When can I return the product received from intajio.com?

You can return product if:

You received faulty/defective product

You received physically damaged product

Products sold under specific promotions, details of which would be mentioned in the Product page Terms and Conditions, Returns/ Replacement requests will not accepted under these kind of cases.

Is there any item not eligible for return/replacement*?

All products that can be resold are eligible for return. The following products are not eligible for return/replacement:

Products that have been worn/washed/soiled

Innerwear, lingerie

Products which were sold as combos/sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual products

Seal open branded electronic items cannot be returned in case of not being happy with the product as they can’t be resold

In case of branded electronic items, brands’ return, repair and replacement policy will apply

What are the Terms and Conditions for return/replacement?

Products must be in their original condition

Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products with their original tags will be accepted

Brand packaging should be intact

Refunded amount can be credited to customer account via Intajio credit points

Brand’s policy shall apply for specific branded product. We source branded products and these products are bound by brand policies of repair, exchange, refunds and cancellations thereby binding the customer with the same

Replacements will be made basis availability of that product on the website.

*  If we are processing customer’s refund, we will debit the courier charges.

How can I return the product received from Intajio?

If the delivered product falls under any of the above mentioned cases, we request you to write us at  support@intajio.com or raise ticket at  support@intajiot.com within 3 days of receipt of your order. We’ll arrange for pickup of your package within 7 working (Business) days of receipt of your request through one of our courier partners.

What if Intajio’s courier partner doesn’t serve my location?

We make best of our efforts to deliver maximum customers. However, if the location is non-deliverable, we might have to cancel your order.

In case of reverse pickup, and we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup for you, we’ll inform you and request you to return the product via any other courier. We will refund the courier amount in Intajio credit points  up to Rs. 100.

I bought an item and it does not fit my size. Can I change it?

You can get the size exchanged anytime whilst sitting at home. Write us at  support@intajio.com or raise ticket at  support@intajio.com within 3 days of receipt of your order. We’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product within 7 working (Business) days of date of receipt of your complaint and replace with the right size.

 

What do I do if the product received is physically damaged?

If you receive a physically damaged product, we request you to write us at  support@intajio.com or raise ticket at  support@intajio.com within 3 days of receipt of your order. You will then be requested to share images of the product. Once approved, we’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product within 7 working (Business) days of receipt of your complaint, check for the physical damage and if approved, we’ll initiate refund/replacement of the product as per your request AND terms and policy of product.

What do I do if I receive wrong product?

If you receive a wrong product, we request you to write us at  support@intajio.com or raise ticket at  support@intajio.com  within 3 days of receipt of your order. We’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product within 4 working days of receipt of your complaint. You can choose to have refund/replacement of the product.

What do I do if product received is different from the description on Intajio?

If you receive a product that is different from the description on Intajio, we request you to write us at  support@intajio.com or raise ticket at  support@intajio.com within 3 days of receipt of your order. You will then be requested to share images of the product. Once approved, we’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product within 4 working days of receipt of your complaint. You can choose to have refund/replacement of the product.

What do I do if I receive a faulty product?

If you receive a faulty product, we request you to write us at support@intajio.com or raise ticket at  support@intajio.com within 3 days of receipt of your order. We’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product within 4 working days of receipt of your complaint and inspect the product. If the product is found to be faulty/defective, we’ll exchange it for you/refund the entire amount, as per your request.

 

* Electronics refers to products such as computers, tablets, mobiles, appliances and the likes.

What if I choose to have replacement and the product is sold out on Intajio?

Replacements are made basis availability of the product on the website. If the product is not available on the website, we’ll initiate refund after your confirmation

I paid the amount upfront while purchasing product from Intajio, how do I get the refund?

In case of prepaid orders (paid through credit card/debit card/netbanking), the amount is refunded in the same account as you had made payment from within 7-10 working (Business) days. You may also choose to have the amount refunded in Intajio.com Credit  so you can purchase any product from Intajio.com without any hassle.

I paid cash on delivery, how would I get the refund?

If the mode of payment was cash on delivery (COD), we will initiate a NEFT bank transfer to your bank account          Intajio.com will contact you for your bank account details. It normally takes 7-10 working (Business) days for your money to get reflected in your bank account.  Customer can chose to be refunded in Intajio.com Credit  so you can purchase any product from Intajio without any hassle.

* For OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) products bought in Deal/Offers, amount will ONLY be refunded in Intajio.com depending on approval from Intajio management.

 

What are the details you require to process NEFT refund?

For NEFT refund, you will receive an email from support@intajio.com customer support team asking for Bank Name, Account Number, Account Holder’s name, IFSC code and Location of the bank. We initiate refund process as soon as we receive the details from you and it takes 7-10 working (Business) days for the money to be credited to your account.

Can I ask for NEFT refund if I paid through Credit Card/Debit Card/Netbanking?

No, in case you paid via credit card/debit card/netbanking, the amount will be refunded in the same account as you had made payment from.

Cancellations

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order any time before the shipping of your product. We ship product next day of receiving order. :

1)       You can login to “My Account” in bottom right side of page and click on order you wish to cancel. Then click on cancel button.

2)       You can also call us at customer support number given in first page of website

3)       Write us at  support@intajio.com or raise ticket at support@intajio.com to cancel your order.

 

How long will it take to cancel my order?

We take 24 business hr. to cancel your order and initiate refund if applicable. You will be intimated once cancellation is complete.

 

What about refund after cancellation?

As per banking norms, refund is processed in 7-10 working (Business) days after initiation of refund request. The refund amount will be credited in the same account as you had made the payment from.  The refund process can take maximum of 15 days.

Refunds can also be made in Intajio Credit  which you can use to purchase any other product from Intajio.com
